Too many stray and infected cows in residential colony
Hi Sir/Madam,
My name is Vijay Rawal. I'd like to bring your kind attention on the problem which West Patel Nagar (29 block, behind Gurudwara) residents are facing these days. There are several stray cows (infected and smelling bad) in this locality and because of them we are facing problems like parking our cards below our houses and also there is a huge risk of various diseases due to their dung.
As far as I know, MCS has already alloted a separate land to these cows and they should not be allowed to move openly in resident colonies but I think some people illegally own these cows and leave them open during daytime, which is creating lot of troubles for us.
Hence, I would like to request you to look in the matter with serious concern and take some action atthe earliest. Pls pay attention to this letter and immediately depute some Cow catcher team in this area so that we wil get rid of this problem soon.
