Stray dogs

Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice the menace the stray dogs has caused in our locality. I am living in Rohini Sector-16 pocket D1. Due to these stray dogs roaming in our colony, we are not able to freely move out of our houses. Even the small children are not able to play around.

Additionally, one of the stray dos is bleeding in this neck and he usually sits at the entrance of our house - making it nearly impossible to out in and out of our house. Also due to the bleeding, the dog is carrying a lot of germs which is a high potential of causing disease in humans.

I would sincerely request you to please remove these stray dogs from our locality.
