Stray dogs

I am a resident of Janakpuri west, C-3 block and I want to complaint about the menace of stray dogs in my locality. There have been two incidents also in my locality and one was in my own house. My uncle was bitten by a stray dog while walking in the colony and another case was of one of an old lady residing in our locality, who was severely also bitten by a stray dog while going to visit her husband who was hospitalised
