Stray Dogs menace

I live in South Extension part 2, P-Block.

There are about 7-8 stray dogs who roam around in groups barking and fighting each other every night, which is disturbing. During the day as well, it's terrible because they try to attack if walking with a pet.

My father has been hurt a few times because if this while walking our pet.

Is there not any shelter where they can be transferred? I would be more than happy to bear the cost for their living.
