Stray Dogs Nuisance

Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of B Block Prashant Vihar, Rohini, Delh-110085. Me and fellow residents are deeply troubled by the increasing dog menace in our locality. These dogs startng running behind old as well as young people, not to mention children. They have even bitten 2 old ladies and 3 home service people. There are 1 black and 2 brown dogs in our society which cause a lot of menace. Black one chase and try to bite each and everyone who enters the block. Earlier some dog catching parties has took him but he returned after few weeks. Therefore I request the concerned department to send a team of Dog Catcher in our area immediately.
