The Pet Dog owners in our neighborhood leave their Pet Dogs on the balcony facing our apartment complex and let them to Bark Continuously throughout the day/night. Even at 2 AM one can hear the barking.
Clearly this constitutes an abuse of the animal - as it either not being FED or sheltered properly.
Despite the lack of Stray dogs in the area, there is very little peace in the area due to this incessant barking.
Please do something about this Pet Dog Nuisance
