Street dogs

The whole neighbourhood is disturbed because of 10-20 street dogs in teh address below, they bite innocent children and pedestrians and need to be taken away. Yesterday I could nt sleep because they were crying shouting, barking, and crying ..i dont know mating time or what but really its pathetic and i solicit a help from mankind... LORD
