Street n pet dogs

We are the residents of P.M.Society, vikas puri, new delhi. There are lot of street dogs at the bac lane of ur society i.e. In krishna park area. After around 9pm, almost may be 10-15dogs starts barking on a regular basis bcoz of which we cannot sleep at nite. Even the pet dog in that street keeps on crying almost whole day n at nite also. But the concerned family doesnt bother.hence we we request you to kindly catch these street dogs as well as sensitize the family so that we cud live peacefully.
