I orderred 2 watched from AVAmerchandising over the phone.. as i got their leaflet witht he ICICI bank credit car and hence thought them to be true. Thye promised me to send the watches in 21 days, obviously i didnt get any. When i enquired, they told me the USB watches i ordered are out of stock.
I demanded the refund which i was communicated that it will be refunded to my credit card in 1 months times. Needless to say that didnt happen. When i called again, the new customer executive said they will deliver the watches in next 12 days.
This means there system never showed that i had cancelled the ordera nd refund was due... moreover she tell me that the refund will take 3 months.
They took 2 days to debit my account and will take like 4 months to give a refund. I dont knwo what to think other than that they are justa bunch of cheats.
Is there somewhere like consumer court or something where i can lodge a formal complaint about these guys. AVAmerchandising is looting big time, i am gonna fight it out and suggest everyone not to orderstuff from these guys.
