Warranty Card not given

Dear Sir

I have booked the online order through ICICI credit card to AVA Merchandising and asked for a Swatch wrist Watch for Rs 1990/-.They have send it by courier and when i opened the packet i did't find the warranty card of Swatch Watch. I called them 5-7 times but they said your bill is just like warranty card.but every product has a warranty card. And why they are not sending me this warranty card.
