I had a hair cut done recently at their branch and after paying the money, I asked them for
a bill for the job they've done.
The lady at the reception just wrote it on a piece of white paper and gave it to me.
When I insisted for a proper bill, the lady was very rude and said they dont give such things.
Isnt it a consumer right asking for a bill?
