Sub: Extremely Disappointed with the Gurana Fat Burner weight loss program.
Sir / Madam,
This is to inform that I had purchased the Gurana fat burner product from your company and received it on 12th February by registered post (V.P.P.)
As per your instructions I began taking the products from 13th February, ½ hour before breakfast with 3-4 glasses of water and ½ hour before lunch with 3-4 glasses of water. I was promised to begin losing weight within a week.
After a month I checked my weight and found out that I have not even lost a single kilo, whereas I was promised that I would lose 5-10 kgs within one month.
As per your terms and conditions, I am returning the empty container to your above mentioned address and along with this complain letter by Registered Post A.D., and request you refund my money immediately.

After writing this letter I sent back the containers by registered post and received the acknowledgment card. I called several times but they would say it is in process of refund. They then gave me a refund section phone number (09789539185) which no one ever answers. finally today 2/5 I demanded to speak to the manager and then a person deepa put me on to her colleague who said that the product amount cannot be refunded as the time period of 35days has past.
The company sent me the product on the 3rd of February and it reached me on 12th February. I began taking it on 13th February till 13th March. on 16th March ie. the 33rd day I sent back the products by registered post parcel. They received it late so they say it has not come within 35days. How can it be possible to receive it within 35days. This is a clear cheating case and such frauds should be banned in the market.
