I m deepshikha from hyderabad. i have complain from green trend salon i had taken service (6 oct. 09) for heir rebounding worth Rs. 4500. but after heir wash my heir are not looking like Straightning... they are not done good job. i already inform to manager of green trend.. after they promised me second rebounding.. than i had done again second rebounding last month 7 Nov 09. Than again same results i found.. no imrovement... & my heirs are like same... i m very frusted to calling him & his parlor is very far from my house its around 15 Km. from last 2 an half month, i m going every weekend to solve this problem... but everytime they r telling we can done again but i dont want this service again... because i alredy my heirs are become dry & so much of heir fall. so i m very worried to do it again.. i m alredy request to manager.. give me service of worth 4500 Rs. for heir repair.. but he is not agree... please suggest me for this situation.. how can i get my amount back... i dont want any more service from them.. because they are not satisfactory the customer needs.. i already sepended more than 20, 000 rs. with in one yr.. but they are not understaning.. they want too loose their customer also.. so please help me this situation... How can i proceed...
