I had gone for Rebonding at Habib's - CSM Noida on 4th March, 11 and paid Rs. 5500/- for the same. On the very first day, i could feel that it was not done properly and my hair were still freezy and infact my hair got burnt from front while doing the rebonding which they are not accepting. They called me after 3 days for the hair wash, but the results were same, infact worse and they themselves are accepting the fact that it has not been done properly. They called for the Hair spa and other hair treatments thrice but there was no difference. When i asked them to return my money back, the person said, give us one last chance and if still you are not satisfied, we'll return your money. I went for the treatment for the fourth time but the results were same, infact they shortened my hair just to cover those burnt hair. Now, they are just asking me to take services from them worth 5500 that i paid for rebonding and asking me to come again and again for the hair treatment. When i am already facing such problems, why would I take their services again and as it is rightly said "First Impression is the Last Impression". this goes with Habib's as well and my experience with Habib's was Horrible. I have already wasted my money and most importantly my time going there.
Its really disappointing but its true that Habib's is just a name and there is no focus on Customer Satisfaction at all. Its completely 0%. They say something else and actually do something else. If a customer had paid the amount and he/she is not satisfied with the services, the staff is least bothered about that even after acceptiing the fact that they have done something wrong and have failed to provide their services to the client. At this point and my experience with Habib's, i really regret going to Habib's and feel as if i am stuck when i have paid the money. I would NOT recommend anyone to visit Habib's for any kind of services.
