I called for an appointment, obviously it was a voucher so they gave me an appointment for the day it was going expiry 20th January. It was a terrible terrible experience, he finally washed his face himself and left. Any one who ever gets a voucher from vibes for package deals should never opt for it, as these people trick you into the salon, make sure you pay the tax first and no one then bothers to attend the clients. The customer service etiquette is excruciating. They give a very step motherly treatment and you end up wasting your time and money. The services are terrible and they can make clients wait with a local oil on their hair and cream on their face for three hours and never apologize or give a reason to that. When you wish to complaint they promise a call back but they would not. Please do not get tricked by them
