While I was doing transaction for ITEM Number 4437174 - After doing payment the screen went blank.

When I saw later - The payment made duplicate through netbanking. Immediately I called up / mailed indiatimes to cancel cancel order 112632504 and process 112632494 only.

Unfortunately no response even after 20 days. called many times / written mails multiple times - No response. Hopeless customer care team and looting.

I recomend everyone not to buy from indiatimes shopping. No protection for money.

I recommend buyers to do shopping only with ebay and excellent customer care.
