I visited Jawed Habib saloon in March and got my hair straightened permanently. I was told by the owner of the saloon, MR RAVI, that this would last for 1 year, and I abdied by all the costly products that he suggested me for post straightening hair care.. TO my PANIC, my hair got to its normal curls on the next very day. I reached out to Habib once again, and he did the straightening again, but with the same results. The hair got to its normal curls the very next day. On reaching out to them, they told me that since the hair would get damaged, I would need to wait for 6 months, and that they would get the company expert to do the straightening then.
I patiently waited for 6 months, even after spending a hefty 5500/-INR.Since then I have been contacting them frantically, with NO RESPONSE. I have lost my 5500/- with such a POOR service, and No response from the saloon now..
I would request you to look into this, so that I can get my money back..
JAWED HABIB SALOONS ARE A NO- NO.. PLEASE DO NOT GET THERE..
