I am from paonta sahib himachal pradesh, i hav booked one courier from paonta to solapur on 17th may . on 19th it reached solapur, after complaing a lot they delivered the courier on 24th night around 9.30 that too to the neighbour though the mobile number was clearly mentioned on it. that too only the cover and the material was not there .one more thing the courier was not in the office it was with the courier boy from saturday to tuesday. receipt no of the courier is 242552492. and the phone no of the office is 0217-2627559 and mobile no is 09011083811 the details given by the office head of the courier boy is name is pawan habid
lives in swagat nagar, kumta naka road, solapur and his cell no is 09689509761.
can you help me out in this . or this is a fraud courier, now its fact that one cant trust the courier services its better to use post than track on courier.
if the track on really cares for customers i hope you will sort out this problem. and i hope you can tight the solaput track on office for the same or take away the agency from them and giv it to someone trustworthy.
the packet was properly packed will tape when we received it was torn and was opened removed the material and then folded and stapled it.
its really a shame for you all track on guys who cheat your customers like this.
lets see what track on can do for this iam awaiting for the reply will be successful or a total failure
