I purchased Lakme Mascara for Rs.225 from a dealer named SHIV SHAKTI, AISHBAGH ROAD, LUCKNOW . i ask to dealer to open and check the mascara The shop owner has not allowed me to open the case from shop. When i open the same in home then find that it was fully dried up. I went back to the shop and showed the product to the dealer. Dealer inform me that if company replace it, i will also replace and taken back the product but one week elapsed no replacement or refund of money was made by dealer.
