Non supply/ less quantity supplies

Dear Sir,

I m consumer of LPG at Pandey Gas Agency, Adhartal, Jabalpur (M.P.) 48 My consumer no is 8741. there are lots of problem at this Agency

1. Booking date is 28/01 but till date no supplies had been made.

2. On taking self delivery no Cylinder is given.

3. On taking Delivery from hawker less qty of gas in Cylinder is supplied.

It is requested to kindly take immidiate necessary action against the agency. so that the consumer get relief other wise the matter may go to the consumer foram also.
