FREE LIFEBOUY Handwash not given

I had bought Surf Exel two kg pack on dated 02/09 from MORE MEGA STORE SECTOR-10 ROHINI.A lifebouy handwash free was written on the pack but when i opened the pack at home. No free handwash was there. I don't know why a big store of repute can do such cheat to its loyal cutomers? my Ph. no. is 09350428836
