Denial of Service providing

Hi Sir, Madam,

This to inform you that 2 months back, I purchased a promotional Privileged card of nik's beauty from a sales man (Aneesh 8802158191). We accepted the privileged card with the terms and condition mentioned on the card.

But at the time of getting the services from parlour, they verbally communicated more terms and condition, which were not acceptable by me.

I get back to the promotional campaign help line no (9990485228) Now the Helpline desk is not picking up my call, nor giving us any response. i had a word with Mr. Ram (9582107440) regarding my money back but they are not providing money and services they mentioned.

Please help me to get my money back.
