THE MEDICINE PUCHASED FROM THE ABOVE COMPANY NOT EFFECTIVE AS THEY PROMISED

I have purchased medicine for weight loss for my wife. The above company promised to refund money (as the newspaper, advertisement, through SMS and also on telephone) if the medicine does not work. After taking the medicine for three months the weight does loss so I asked the company to refund the amount but they refused to pay.
