Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using product LIVON HAIR GAIN from last 21 days and what I found that these guys claims for the false promises, misguide the public and play with their emotions.
I have found the following problem in your product.)
1. The product cost is very much high corresponding to the results, which could be better shown by Mintop at very lower price.
2. No observable results even in 21 days, else i find that i lost few more hairs as i stopped the use of Mintop.
3. The money bank guarantee scheme is very hidden, i mean i bought the product on 2 oct and when i opened the pack, there i found that the scheme is valid for September only (atleast you specify the dates and important instruction on the packet, so that a person could think 2 times before buy such new and costly products).
4. The false claims and the misguided advertisement over the TV, i never expect such thing from the house of good brands (Paras Pharma), i lost almost the trust and loyalty over the company inspite of the fact that i am using the brand Itch guard (which i found is the best remedy for itching till date)..
I hope above is in order, kindly solve my problem as soon as possible or better cease the marketing of the product in this manner, which somewhere hamperes the emotional quotient of the Indian public.
