I went to complain about Pearls Beauty Longue, in Valasaravakam, chennai. On sunday after booking appointment, i went for Hair Spa, and also did waxing. The girl who did Hair Spa and waxing was not satisfactory, and when she was doing waxing, she didnt do it in the right way. I asked another person to do waxing, since my hands become soggy and unclean. When i went to pay the bill, the owner was not there. Hence a day after that i called the owner and complaint abt this, she argued that the complaint was not fair and i should complaint then and there. And she shouted me as if i have called her for no sense. And she said i dont need a customer like u who is making complaints. Any small company or big company should always be open to customer feedbacks. This is ridiculous.
