I'm a frequent online buyer. I bought a David off Cool Water Perfume from perfume2order.com and the send me the product within 10 days though I receive the product within 10 days I started using it after 25 days. But when I started using it I found that the perfume which perfume2order.com provide me was a real fake product. Hope you all know that the David off Cool Water have a very good scent and it would last atleast 6 hours but the bottle I got just last for 10 minutes or 15 minutes. When I reported this issue to the customer service of perfume2order.com. They said they don't have an option to replace it even after I clearly mentioned its a fake product. They started arguing like they believe their authenticity and they don't believe its a fake product. I told them, its not only me who used it and found the same complaint. I tried using it with my friends and relatives but all of them face the same problems. I asked the customer executive to transfer the call to the manager and the manager was not even willing to agree that the scent last for 15 minutes. So guys please make sure that you are not buying the perfume from perfume2order.com before buying the perfumes online.
