Product Not Received

I had placed a web order (web order no. 02522242) on 17th Sep'10 for Rs. 2832.00. Approx 20 days left., but my product till not receive and no one pick up the phone at customer care. But interesting part is that, which I had ordered on 27th Sep'10, I receiver 3rd Oct'10. But my order till not received. Please help me to get my own products which I have already paid through credit card.
