To whom so ever it concerns,
My parents have bought gold and diamond jeweleries for my marriage from this ANJALI JWELERS Madhyamgram branch. It also contain an engagement diamond-gold ring of groom. After 7 days of engagement, the shining color of the ring faded and it looked really dull.
We went to the store with this complaint. But the supervision executive Mr. Amit Malakar out-rightly refused to understand our problems and kept on telling that it is our fault that while buying we should consider that the color of this sort of design will fade . he even denied replacement saying that 85% will be only consider. My question is :
- Should not the salesman tell us that the color will fade?
- Also now Mr Amit Malakar is saying that he can re-polish it but there is no guarantee of the polish?
- Beside he excited my dad, who is heart patient by his irritating conversation
In a way ANJALI JWELERS have not only embarrassed me in front of my in laws but their extreme rude behavior and unpleasant customer relationship made me realize why in India we are still so helpless and how can store like this stay open.
To the consumer court my appeal, please help me.
Sayani (a duped customer of Anjali jwelers Madhayamgram)
