Sub: Trading from demat account by the RM of the ASHIKA STOCK BROKING LTD without permission
Sir,
I am a demat account holder of ASHIKA STOCK BROKING LTD. I was requested to open an account over telemarketing call and subsequent domestic visit by the relationship manager (RM) Atanu Sengupta of the company. But after opening the account I found that trading were being done without my permission and knowledge. Trading confirmation done through SMS and telephone at the end of the day did not clarify the loss or gain at a glance. When I enquired about the matter to RM, he assured me that all were being done for my goodness. Most of the conversations were made through the RM’s personal telephone. He repeatedly told that most of the trading yielded quite good returns. When I pressed him to show details of my fund status, he confessed to me that huge loss had resulted for which he could do nothing. All these happened within very short period. I informed about this earlier to the manager of the company. He tried to mediate between RM & me and told the RM to bear the lost amount of my fund from the RM’s personal salary through a written agreement. But after a week the manager informed me that the RM was not complying and a manager cannot force a RM to pay personally. All these conversation was recorded at the mobile phone of the manager.
Now I want to get proper justice to get back my lost fund.
