Due to non operational of ICICI savings a/c held at sector- II, salt lake, kolkata-91 forlonger period, user id was disabled by bank, attempted to activate from vadodara, but was not suucessful for unknown reasons. so, internet access to my account was denied from june to till today. on physical enquiry at nearest icici branch at vadodara on 31.01. i was shocked to notice that an amount of Rs. 3.16 lakhs has been taken away through unauthorised transactions between bank and strangers, when my access to netbanking wasdenied by bank. matter was immediately reported to bank through SR no 165530569, and reported to makarpura police station., vadodara. On enquiry, icici bank is not giving any positive response about their investigation, i am in mental trauma and upset. Kindly advise me what actions i should take now. please help me in distress to get back my hard earned salaried money.
