Subject: ATM withdrawal complaint
I withdrawn Rs 3000/= from FBS 0084 Atm counter at Calicut Railway link road on 04/07 morning (about 10am) but didn't get the amount and retry also failed. I didn't get money but my money in my account was reduced and i didn’t got that receipt printed as WITHDRAWAL and TRANSACTION DECLINED...
I complained to the branch. The manager said that is a net failure. So it will be credited automatically.
I complained it in the customer care. My complaint No: 15416. Please verify that transaction and take necessary steps
