ATM Transaction

I had done an ATM transaction in a NON SBI bank ATM, the transaction was invalid but the amount was deducted from my account. When I call the customer care, they asked me to report to the bank. When I visited the bank branch (MY SBI account is in Coimbatore), they doesn't even look at the transaction slip and not even respecting the customer. The Manager who is in charge for ATM related issues was very lethargic and kept me waited for about 1 hr and 30 min and never returned back after lunch break (WHICH IS 30 MIN AS MENTIONED IN THE NOTICE BOARD)... At last I gave my complaint letter to an alternative person, who never interested to get the complaint...

I had a very worst experience in banking with SBI.. and STILL WAITING FOR MONEY TO CREDIT INTO MY ACCOUNT.
