ATM SERVICE
Account Related -, Cash not dispensed in ATM but account debited

I have a account in sbi balanagar branch and also i have taken debit card. My Account Number is: 20046946614.on 3rd august (03-08), i withdraw money 9000/ rupees with sbi debit card from axis bank atm it is located at Mothi Nagar (Hyderabad) unfortunatley the atm machine link is strucked after enter the amount, But i didn""t get amount. at the same time amount is debited from my account please find the problem and solve it.
