Cash not dspenced but deducted from account

On date 05.11.2009 14.01 Hrs. I tried to withdraw the amount of Rs. 10, 000/- from SBI- ATM, Koradi, Nagpur (ATM ID No. S1AC00390401) But the cash could not dispensed from SBI ATM, Koradi, Nagpur. but the amount was debited (deducted) from my account vide transuction No 6484 dated 05.11.2009.

At same time, I wrote the complaint at ATM complaint book. I had also given a written request letter on 05.11.2009 to Branch Manager SBI, Koradi Br, Nagpur to verify the request and credit Rs 10, 000/- to saving account.

Even though I verbally requested time to time to the concern person of the bank / branch manager till date the the amount is not credited ted to my account.

I am the account holder of SBI bank, Koradi Branch NAGPUR. & my saving account no. is 30825233854,

so, I kindly request SBI to look in the matter and resolve the same at the earliest.
