Sir,

I have subscribed to a Policy of Aviva Life Insurance through Centurion

Bank of Punjab. I was conveyed that this policy has a three year locking period. I needed to pay premium for three years, which I paid and then I can withdraw my money anytime I want. But now when I tried to surrender the Policy, I was communicated heavy deductions if I surrender before 10 years.

Now, it is been three years and where can I go and find the person or whom should I hold responsible...? I feel cheated.

I paid money regularly and now at the time of return, i have been told heavy deductions, Forget about the interest for three years, I was offered very much less than even what I have paid.

I am so much frustrated with AVIVA that I want to surrender my policy at any cost, even if I am going to suffer heavy loss. But I want to know who is responsible for this. Whom should I address if I plan some legal actions...?
