TATA AIG had sent courier with the settlement cheque on 27th October vide AWB No.44115797622 which was returned back to the sender on 29th October. The same document was sent once again on 9th November vide AWB No. 44045936874 which was been sent back to the sender on 11th october.
Understand from one of your Supervisors in Call centre that the address was incomplete and hence returned back and must have been a manual error to have updated the system as Consignee shifted from the address.
Had requested the same in the mail in order to take up the matter with TATA AIG, Blue Dart is not ready to give this update but insist that Consigne had shifted from the address. In this regard, please check the mails sent to [email protected] and correspondence with [email protected] on 12th November and today.
Can you please update the correct status and the reason for non delivery, non drop of Sorry we missed you card if the consignee address was found and the following details
1. Who has informed that the consignee (in this case it is me) has shifted from the address? You delivery personnel must have collected the information from some person. Would need to know the name and address of the person who had passed on the information. Please be informed that I have been staying in the address RB118, RBI Quarters Phase 1, Sector 6, RK Puram, New Delhi 110 022 from April 1995.
2. The exact place your delivery personnel visited and found the address mentioned in the packet and collected the information about the consignee (in this case it is me) having shifted from the address mentioned in the packet.
