I was sold few policies and was told that the product does not have any loading, I am highly disappointed that I have been mis-sold Bajaj products by concealing relevant information and misrepresentation of facts, least expected from companies of global repute engaging in deals lacking transparency. I am also pained at the fact that till-date no Customer Service/Sales representative ever enquired my preference for these products over other products in Bajaj portfolio. My father bought these policies in good faith and trust with that person and he was unwell during the time policy was sold but after his death I am unable to get the information on what product being sold to me, I also requested for duplicate policy to be issued to me but not received the same even after changing the address, after I visited branch office i got to know that the products have lot of entry load and I have to pay premiums for long term which was never in my knowledge. I have completely lost the faith in all these policies and wanted to cancel all the policies and expect my refund of the same. I hope you understand my dilemma and the ordeal I am going through at the moment with such large amount of money has been blocked and also committed to pay for future to protect the past payments and being the only earning member I will never be able to take such high liability. I am writing this mail to you with a request for your kind intervention and early resolution.
