Dishonouring my Claims

I purchased one insurance plan from bajaj Allianz on Nov 18th of it is a Health Insurance with coverage of Rs.300000, annual premium Rs.3000.

On 1st of June I was hospitalised with complains in both of my upper limbs & lower limbs, later on it was diagnoised as Acute GBS Syndrome.

The company denied me cashless facilities however they told me to claim the total ammount later on. But after submitting all claims & furnishing all original reports and bill they denied me of any remittance. Reason given that I was already a patient of GBS. Now i want to clarify one thing the term ACUTE itself suggest that it is the onset of a disease.

can any one please suggest me what steps to be taken against Bajaj Allianz.
