My car insurance was ending on 17th July so I sent a cheque to the Bajaj Allianz co. Ltd. Anand (Gujarat) on 8th july to renew my policy but I was surprise when without giving any valid reason company refused to renew my car insurance. When I contacted to the branch manager Mr. Yagnesh patel about the same, instead of giving satisfactory answer he insulted me and refused to renew the policy and told me that he will renew the policy only if I get it renew from a particular agent of his choice. I have also logged in an official complaint against the company with IRDA but till date I have not get any solution.
