My car, SIENNA (FIAT), met with a serious accident in May at GURGUON. The car is comprehensively insured with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company. The vehicle since then is in the custody of Dhingra Motors who are authorised TATA motors Repair Workshop. TATA Motors are responsible for repair support to FIAT vehicles since FIAT has ceased production in India. Dhingra Motors have assessed accident damage as Total Loss. Most of the critical repairs to make the accidented vehicle a runner vehicle, are not available with them.

The vehicle is insured for 2 lacs. The Company is offering me only 70 to 80 thousand as compensatin. The offer has been made telephonically. I have written several letters asking the company representative to compensate me upto 2 lacs ie. the insured amount. However the company is not responding at all. This is the third consecutive year that I have insured my vehicle with Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company and not made any Insurance claim as the the vehicle was not damaged. The company is not considering any regard for my previous association with them as a client either.

Five months have elapsed Yet a company of this stature has not felt the need of addressing the grievances of a client and compensating the loss.
