April 10th I (Imran F Khanzada) had paid the premium of Rs.13231 against my Car Insurance Policy (MH 01 AC 2797). The policy was purchased & premium was paid online via my HDFC Credit Card via IVR. I received the payment receipt with a receipt number & customer ID. I was told that the policy would me mailed to me in 4 working days. Its been 8 working days, i have neither received my policy nor any confirmation from Bajaj Allianz for my payment or policy. When i call the toll-free number they keep on transferring the calls here and there but they say that we cant track your receipt number nor your policy, not a single piece of trace is available about my payment to Bajaj Allianz. My Credit card statement says that the amount of Rs. 13231 has been paid to the company. I am in a fix as to whom should i ask about what happened to the payment i made & my policy. Please do help. I am attaching the receipt which is the only proof i have.
