Not issue no dues certificate

Dear Sir,

I have purchase a L.G. Fridge by 0% finance by Bajaj Finance Ltd. and I had Given 10 Chq of 1450 to company. all chqs are dr in my account after that company sent me notice on 07/07 for recovery of Rs.2350 due to chq return.

I have sent an email for clerification of this matter and also sent my bank statement show all chq. are dr. in my account. but company continous call me for payment.

In present I have applied for House Loan and My Bank reject my file due to CIBIL report. In this report Bajaj Finance show that Amount of finance settled with coustomer.

So Please Help me
