Deasir, my father had buyed a motorbyke Discover model on loan from bajaj auto finance ltd, in jan. he paid 21000/- down payment againt original price of byke 41000/- and 21 EMI's of Rs.1740, but unfortunately my father mr, Gyan sharma expired on 11/feb. now BAFL bajaj auto finance is harrasing me to pay rest of the EMI's which i am not in position to pay with a very small income with meeting responsibities of bed ridden mother & family. sir kindly help me its my 6th mail to you, please how law can help me in this case. thanking you tirupati sharma.mobile;090418-84828 loan.no.
