I have purchased a two wheeler under finance of BAFL. My EMI;s was regularly paid for 29 months out of 7 months. Out of paid 29 months I experienced that there were two EMI's deposited in one month. Since there was no deposits of PDC's in to my account I have tried to contact their Hyderabad office address which available with me. I have come to know that the address was changed and BAFL office is not in the available address. I have searched in the web site for Hyderabad / Secudnerabad address but my efforts went in vain. I have sent a email to the customer support email ID, by explaining on dues and requested them to intimate me on total dues so that I can clear at one time (i.e. 7 months EMI's) and get the NOC and original RC. There is no response.

One fine day morning while going from Secudnerabad to Hyderabad, two roudy sheeters followed me on another bike has stopped and said that they are on behalf of BAFL and asked me to clear the out standing. I told them to took me to nearest to BAFL office so that as per account statement, I can calear immediately the balance by paying cash. They have called to some number from their mobile and given mobile to me to talk and told me that office of BAFL is on line. I just got down from the vehicle and trying to attend call, inthe mean time one the person of two started my bike and ran away from there. Another person told me to contact nearest branch in Secunderabad. I have immediately contacted Secunderabad office and explained the incident. They did not responded immediatley and asked me to come next day. I was requesting them to give me atleast receipt for the vehcile along with account statment. After 3 days of contineous visits, they gave me a statement which balance was showing more thatn Rs 40000/-. Out of this Rs 36000/- it self towards penality. Ihave shown the emails (sent prior to the incident) and explained facts, but they did not responded. During my 3 days personal visit I have observed that BAFL had given such a training to bahave like roudy sheeters right from Security guard to their senior officers. I have also observed in all my visits, there were some other customers shouting at the reception for non-issue of NOC's, Non-issues of PDC's in case of prepayments etc.
