Not received loan clearnce certificate

Dear Sir,

This is V V Satyanarayana Barla, am purchased PLATINA 125 DTS-SI (GRY COLOUR) in jan at Bhimavaram Bajaj Show room. i can pay some downpayment and remaining amount can pay monthy wise. Every month must be paid though ING VYSYA bank though Cheques.my loan amount Cleared in May. but am not received Clearence Certificate. lot of time i informed and asked to bajaj show room but your mangaer will not giving good responce to me, and he say the company had not release ur certificate. am loosing my pations.i have monthy bank statements please give my vehicle loan clearance certificate as soon as possible.
