Not releasing the money

My loan is completed since December. the S.D amount shown in document is not proper. I have complained about that in march, they even said that you will get the extra money you have paid that is about 11000. But uptill now no action is taken they are just saying that, because of some technical problem we are unable to release your money... so kindly help me... in this matter...
