EMI Not come in Bank But Calling Every time

Hi,

I Pay EMI Every Month But Last Oct-09 in My Bank Account EMI is not come I am told him Give me Latter About the Not Bonus But they told me I am Not give you latter than Nov & Dec - 09 EMI is Done But again Jan -10 EMI is not come it is not my Problem It is Bajaj Finance Ltd. Problem But They are calling me every time i am told him give me latter i pay the amount.

You tell me What to do i am about this...

Pls help me about this
