I am Vimla Ranawat have a saving account in the Bank of Baroda, in P.H.Road Branch, Jaipur. I had a F.D.R which i made in 1991 and had forgotten to take the payment back on the maturity. During this time i had shifted to another cities with my husband due to transfer and losy some of my important documents during the Shifting including my F, D, R, Now suddenly i have got my Bank passbook and there is entry of my F.D.R.i contacted to Bank about the payment. They told me that they have payed me this money. But i need a proof about the payments, if they have given it to someone or to me. Because as my knowledge i have not recieved any kind of payments from the bank. Now nobody is listening me there. I am going there from last 2 months and still no response..So please help me and guide me how i can take a strong action against them. I have given written application to them and they have given me one month time limit too but it is already over and no any progress on this matter. Please advice me as soon as possible.
