i am kavitha working in pvt company in bangalore
Its almost more than 17 working days i did not receive the reimbresment from bank DCB (development credit bank m.g road bangalore)
I have account in axis bank it was march 1st 2011 evening around 18:18pm i wanted to withdraw a amount of rupeess 10000 from the DCB ATM via fast cash
but i just got 100rs out of 10000 and said successfull transaction i got the receipt immediately and there was huge noise in the machine i gave cancel so i got my card back
then i observed it was debited from my account... i immediately went to DCB next to it and asked they said it will be reimbresed within 12 working days... i gave compliants to axis bank as well on the same day
but after waiting for 15 working days also it was not credited back when i checked the status with axis bank they said it was successful transaction done and no dues on that day i was totally shocked on their
statement went to DCB to query they also said the same but i requested for cctv clips to be soon in front fo me so i got letter from axis bank (m.g road)
DCB avoid to give the cctv clips to axisbank they said it will be given if there any police compliant... i was ready to give police compliant but suddenly they gave a call to some person and said to resubmitted
the amount charged for 9900 again to check the same... i dont understand why DCB people are so much cheating normal people like this and log said clearly PUSH PLATE SERVER FAILURE ..inspite of that also the are denying and very much ignorant... i am normal person like you all i need some sort of support and help to get back my money from DCB...
i am much worried about that amount as its my own money... which required for my brothers treatment they did not agree to give the clips of camera instead they say if any invesgation only we can give ..help me out what i can do in this matte
