No Cash Received from UBI ATM but money was debited from my account

Today (17- July) I had tried to withdrawal Rs. 9000 from UBI ATM Centre (Located at Bankmore Dhanbad) around 11:20 am but the machine responded back with the message something like "Unable to Access". However in the mean time Rs. 10000 (Ten Thousand) was debited from my account (Account No - 26240100012673) although I have not received that cash from the ATM machine.
